Registration of Livestock:
Your Next Calf .com is not responsible for registration to the Breed Association on all transactions. The Seller is required to transfer all registration to the Breed Association for all transactions.
NO GUARANTEE:
Your Next Calf .com does not guarantee any transaction, representation or services listed by a seller.
Service interruptions can be expected due to circumstances beyond our control.
Users are to proofread all their ads for errors. Users also must be responsible for deleting all their ads once the items are sold or the need for listing them is no longer needed. Your Next Calf .com will not be responsible for any typos or errors appearing in any advertisements or listings.

Please report any incidents of fraud to the Internet Fraud Complaint Center or your local authorities.

All listings are subject to reasonable editorial changes or deletions.

Your Next Calf .com will NEVER sell or distribute your email address to anyone. Your Next Calf .com will not be responsible for any electronic data that is loss or damaged in the mail. All fees paid are non-refundable. Your Next Calf .com can not be responsible for violations created by it’s users and or customers. These violations include, but are not limited to: copyright violations, trademark violations, trade names or patents or any other content which is a violation of any local, state, or federal laws.
